Getting there
All roads lead to Hotel Holzer
By car from the A 81 Stuttgart-Singen-Konstanz highway
– Follow Federal Highway B 33 to the right toward the Konstanz industrial area
– Before the ramp to the first Rhine bridge (Schänzlebrücke), merge right toward the car ferry
– Turn left at the Old Rhine Bridge, then merge right toward the car ferry
– From here, follow Hotel Route 3. You are now on Mainaustraße
– After about 2 km, you will see a sign with our name (shortly after the “Sandalia” restaurant)
– At the next traffic light, turn right onto Staader Straße
– Fischerstraße continues as an extension of Staader Straße
– The Hotel Holzer is the second house on the right
By car from the Meersburg–Konstanz car ferry
– Take the first left after the ferry terminal onto Felchengang
– At the end of the street, turn left onto Fischerstraße
– The Hotel Holzer is the second house on the right
By Train
– Take the train to Konstanz Central Station
– From the central station, take bus line 1 to the final stop, Staad/Autofähre
– The Holzer Guesthouse is a 3-minute walk away
– Walk through the archway at the bus stop toward the marina
– At William-Graf-Platz / Restaurant Staader Fährhaus, turn right onto Fischerstraße and walk uphill
– The Hotel Holzer is located 200 meters ahead on the left
By long-distance bus
– Allmannsdorf long-distance bus stop:
– Walk along Mainaustraße toward Konstanz until you reach the intersection with Staaderstraße (there is a pharmacy at the intersection)
– Turn left onto Staaderstraße (downhill)
– After 400 meters, you will find Gästehaus Holzer on the right-hand side
– Europabrücke long-distance bus station:
– From the long-distance bus station, take bus line 6 or 13/4 to the Sternenplatz stop, transfer to line 1, and ride to the final stop, Staad/Autofähre
– The Gästehaus Holzer is a 3-minute walk away
– Walk through the archway at the bus stop toward the sailing harbor
– At William-Graf-Platz / Restaurant Staader Fährhaus, turn right onto Fischerstraße and walk uphill
– The Hotel Holzer is located 200 meters ahead on the left

By plane from Zurich (65 km, train connection to Konstanz Central Station and bus connection), Friedrichshafen (30 km by bus and Lake Constance ferry), or Stuttgart (180 km, train connection to Konstanz Central Station and bus connection).
Mit dem Auto aus Richtung Autofähre Meersburg – Konstanz
– Erste Möglichkeit nach dem Fähreplatz links in den Felchengang abbiegen
– Am Ende der Straße links in die Fischerstraße abbiegen
– Das Gästehaus Holzer ist das zweite Haus auf der rechten Seite
Mit dem Zug
– Mit dem Zug bis Hauptbahnhof Konstanz reisen
– Vom Hauptbahnhof mit der Buslinie 1 bis zur Endstation Staad/Autofähre fahren
– Das Gästehaus Holzer befindet sich in 3 Gehminuten Entfernung
– Durch den Torbogen der Bushaltestelle zum Segelhafen gehen
– Am William-Graf-Platz / Restaurant Staader Fährhaus die Fischerstraße rechts nach oben laufen
