Our 3-star guesthouse is situated in a quiet location in the Staad district, just a short walk from the shores of Lake Constance. A bus runs every 15 minutes to the city center, which is approximately 4 km away. The bus stop and the landing stage for the Konstanz-Meersburg car ferry are a 3-minute walk away. Walking paths lead directly from our house along the shore of Lake Constance to the flower island of Mainau and the historic old town of Konstanz. Our location, situated directly on the Lake Constance Cycle Route, is an ideal starting point for bike tours.

In our year-round, child-friendly guesthouse (we welcome children ages 8 and up), we offer 22 beds in 13 rooms spread across 3 floors. Our guesthouse was freshly renovated in 2020. Our rooms are modernly furnished and equipped with a shower/toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a room safe. All of our double and multi-bed rooms feature a balcony/terrace and/or lake view. All rooms are non-smoking.
